We did not set out to make music that wouldn't offend grandmothers and wouldn't embarass teenagers. We set out to write songs that entertained us, or made our tummies feel good, or gave us shivers (though only a couple of those.) It was an accident that our performances went over just as well at lavender festivals and farmers' markets, as they did at college dances and raucous brew pubs. But they did and do, and we're not complaining.
